Subscription plans are non-transferable. Once activated, subscription days cannot be paused or frozen except at our discretion in exceptional circumstances.
We offer a good-faith refund policy. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing the service for more than 24 consecutive hours after purchase, you may request a refund by contacting us on WhatsApp within 7 days of purchase.
Refunds are not provided for change of mind, unused subscription days, or dissatisfaction with market conditions.
